Spirit of Acceptance item
Spirit of Acceptance is an unlockable passive item in Samael, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
On pickup
+1 luck.
Spawns a random Treasure Room item.
Applies permanent Curse of the Blind! effect.
While held
Each time an item pedestal spawns or an item is purchased, there is a 50% chance for an extra item to spawn.
The following items will be rerolled if held by Isaac: There's Options, More Options, Options?, and Guppy's Eye.
How to unlock?
Defeat The Beast as Samael.
